I first came across this wine in a subscription box and have had trouble finding it in Australia ever since. Imagine my joy when travelling in Thailand and it was in so many convenience stores which reignited my love for it. I’ll be buying it by the case now I’m home as it’s the perfect summer rosé. Dry but not too dry with the perfect balance of fruitiness.

Perfect Summer Rose This is a gorgeous rose, perfect for sunny afternoons in the garden. Lots of raspberry and strawberry with a really fresh juicy flavour. I like my rose dry but with lots of fruit and this is spot on. Defo my favourite Rose at the moment. Worth a try if you like Provence but want a bit more fruit.

Oh this is good! Very, very good! Plenty of citrus and gooseberry on the palate. Zingy fruit...pineapple and a little lime zest on the nose. Wonderfully refreshing and gloriously pleasing. Our Friday Night “get home from work” wine. It’s always a pleasure starting the weekend with this one!

Very dark ruby with purple hue. Full-bodied and smooth with aromas of smoke, blackberry, cassis and cedar box. The finish is medium-long - a great choice for those who love a big, bold, fruity wine.

Just one look and you can see how dark and velvety this bottle is.... with very long legs. Take a sip and you get flavours of chocolate (and went great with dark chocolate), blackberries and blueberries. Considering the bottle is quite high in alcohol its still very smooth and maintains a nice light smell. It's not sweet but has a little residual sugar. The medium body and light tannins lead to a long finish with an after taste of light spice and bark.

The Hidden Sea Shiraz has generous blackberry and plum fruit, with layers of cherry and spice. The mid-palate and tannins are soft and silky.

The Hidden Sea Chardonnay is crisp and refreshing, with tropical fruits, lime zest, and white pear.

The Hidden Sea Rosé is a light, yet luscious, with a juicy mid-palate, and cleansing zesty finish.

The Hidden Sea Sauvignon Blanc is flavoursome and juicy, with gooseberry and passionfruit. Succulent, with great fruit intensity, and vibrancy on the ﬁnish.

The Hidden Sea GSM is a lighter style with plenty of flavour and depth - succulent and juicy.
