COVID-19 DELIVERY DELAYS

The extended lockdowns are impacting some of our delivery speeds and our delivery network is affected by very high parcel volumes caused by increased online shopping activity. Processing facilities are heavily affected by strict government health and safety requirements designed to protect our people and the community.

What does this mean for your delivery? It may take longer than usual to deliver your order and we apologise for any delays experienced. If the item is still not received after 20 business days please let us know. We know this is a long time to wait and are confident the order will be delivered before this time.

We only make wine we want to drink, and we wish to share with our friends, so we are pretty confident once you open the super cool box and take in that big beautiful whale on the bottle, you will want to crack the top with your nearest friend - hell run next door and jump on the couch with your neighbour! However, we totally get the online shopping feels. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or you have somehow changed your mind since hitting the “purchase now” button we are here to help.

For Victoria and NSW Customers, order 12 bottles or more for free shipping.

For Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia and ACT order 18 bottles or more for free shipping. Unfortunately, at this stage, we don't ship to NT.

TIMING

Melbourne & Adelaide - 2 to 3 working days

All other Capital Cities - 3 to 4 working days

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Get on the phone or drop us an email and our team will facilitate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Basically, your item must be in the super cool packaging we sent it to you in. I know it’s tempting to think we won’t miss the beautiful moulding or the illustrated insert – trust us we will, we spent hours thinking about how we wanted you to first open your Hidden Sea wine.

Now we understand wine is personal and we are nice people who want you to love everything about The Hidden Sea experience. If for some reason, you have not enjoyed your purchase you may return it for a refund of the purchase price. It’s easy just pop what you have not enjoyed back in the box, contact us and send it back.

Please include the receipt or find some way to show proof of purchase. Yes there is no trust left in the world, that’s not our fault, or yours it’s just the way it is. Wouldn’t it just be a better place if we could solve everything over a bottle of The Hidden Sea….
